Hi, I’m Tesni.
I’m a Clinical Psychologist & Founder of Wildflower Psychology.
My work is centred on supporting girls and women who are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, and adversity in a world that is not always designed with their needs in mind.
I have broad experience working with children, adolescents and their families in both clinical and educational settings.
I am deeply interested in helping people develop a clearer understanding of themselves — whether through assessment to better understand their learning needs and neurotype, or through thoughtful, relational work in a therapeutic space.
I work with a wide range of people, including neurodivergent girls and women, children and adolescents both within school settings and from a mental health perspective, and women navigating the pressures of everyday life, parents carrying heavy mental and emotional loads.
At the core of my work is a commitment to creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and genuine. I aim to support people in making sense of their experiences, reconnecting with their strengths, and finding ways forward that feel sustainable and aligned with who they are.
