Wildflower Psychology Geelong provides comprehensive, neurodiversity-affirming, and evidence-based therapy and assessments for children, teens, and adults.

Seeking support or pursuing an assessment is a deeply personal and significant investment. Our goal is to make this process as transparent, supportive, and stress-free as possible. Assessment packages are fully inclusive of all face-to-face appointments, standardised testing tools, school or observer liaison, comprehensive report writing, and your final feedback session. There are no hidden administrative or scoring fees. To help you manage the investment, all of my assessment packages are split into three instalments across your assessment journey.

Individual Therapy Services- Medicare/ Private

Standard Consultation Fee (50 minutes): $254.00
Medicare Rebate: $149.05 (with a valid GP Mental Health Care Plan)
Your Out-of-Pocket Cost: $104.95 per session

NDIS Psychology Support

Standard Consultation Fee: $252.99

Child & Teen Assessments (School Aged)

Child & Teen Autism Assessment

Total Fee: $2,200 plus GST

The Process:

  • Parent Intake (50 mins): We meet (online or in person) without your child to discuss their developmental history and your current observations.

  • Testing Session (60 minutes): An in-person, play-based observational assessment with your child using gold-standard tools.

  • Liaison & Scoring: I contact your child’s teacher/educator and analyse standardised questionnaires.

  • Feedback Session (50 mins): We meet to discuss the diagnostic outcome, and I hand over a comprehensive, practical report with tailored recommendations for school and home.

  • What you need to provide: Any previous speech pathology, occupational therapy, pediatric, or school reports.

Child & Teen ADHD Assessment

Total Fee: $1,800 plus GST

The Process:

  • Parent Intake (60-90 mins): An online or in-person session to map out your child's history and challenges.

  • Testing Session (1 hour): An in-person session with your child focusing on cognitive screening and executive functioning tasks.

  • Liaison & Scoring: I collect and analyse standardised ADHD rating scales from you and your child's teacher.

  • Feedback Session (50 mins): We review the results, and I provide a detailed report with practical school accommodations.

  • What you need to provide: School reports, NAPLAN results (if applicable), and any previous specialist letters.

Child & Adolescent AuDHD Assessment (Combined Autism and ADHD)

Total Fee: $2,950 plus GST

The Process:

  • Parent Intake (90-120 mins): A detailed developmental and behavioral history discussion.

  • Testing Sessions (60-90 minutes): We complete both the Autism observational tasks and ADHD cognitive/attention tasks.

  • Liaison & Scoring: Comprehensive collection of teacher, parent, and allied health questionnaires.

  • Feedback Session (50 mins): I present a diagnostic report detailing how these two profiles interact for your child, along with a holistic support plan.

  • What you need to provide: All previous allied health reports, school reports, and pediatrician letters.

Adult Assessments (Ages 18+)

Adult Autism Assessment

Total Fee: $2,200 plus GST

The Process:

  • Clinical Intake and Assessment (90 minutes): We discuss your current life, reasons for seeking an assessment, and your childhood history. A collaborative, semi-structured clinical interview

  • Observer Perspectives: With your consent, I collect questionnaire data from a partner, parent, or close friend who knows you well.

  • Feedback Session (50 mins): We discuss the findings, and I provide a comprehensive report designed to help you understand yourself better, which can also be used for workplace accommodations.

  • What you need to provide: Any childhood school reports (if available) or previous mental health reports.

Adults ADHD Assessment

Total Fee: $1,800 plus GST

The Process:

  • Clinical Intake and Assessment (60-90 mins): We discuss your current challenges with work, study, or daily life, and map out your childhood history. A structured clinical interview exploring ADHD symptoms in both childhood and adulthood.

  • Observer Perspectives: Standardised rating scales completed by you and a close observer (e.g., partner or parent).

  • Feedback Session (50 mins): We review the diagnostic outcome, and I provide a comprehensive report that you can take to a psychiatrist if you wish to explore medication pathways.

  • What you need to provide: Primary school report cards (very helpful for establishing childhood onset) and any previous psychiatric or psychological reports.

Adult AuDHD Assessment
(Combined Autism and ADHD)

Total Fee: $2,950 plus GST

The Process:

  • Clinical Intake (90-120 mins): A comprehensive discussion of your history, masking, sensory needs, and executive functioning.

  • Collateral Information: Standardised rating scales completed by you and a close personal contact.

  • Feedback Session (50 mins): We discuss your combined profile, and I provide a comprehensive, validating report detailing how these two neurodivergent profiles uniquely manifest in your life.

  • What you need to provide: Any available childhood school reports, previous diagnostic reports, or specialist letters.

Cognitive & Learning Assessments (All Ages)

Cognitive Assessment (All Ages)

Total Fee: $1,200 plus GST

The Process:

  • Intake Session (50 mins): We meet to discuss learning history, academic progress, and cognitive concerns.

  • Testing Session (1.5 hours): An in-person cognitive testing session.

  • Feedback Session (50 mins): I hand over a detailed report outlining your or your child's unique cognitive strengths and learning challenges.

  • What you need to provide: School reports, NAPLAN results, or previous developmental reports.

Psychoeducational Assessment (Specific Learning Disorders - SLD)

Total Fee: $2,000 pus GST

The Process:

  • Intake Session (50 mins): A detailed discussion of academic struggles, developmental history, and school support history.

  • Testing Session 1 (1.5 hours): Cognitive (IQ) testing (WISC-V or WAIS-IV) to assess underlying learning potential.

  • Testing Session 2 (1.5 hours): Academic achievement testing (WIAT-III) measuring specific skills in reading, writing, spelling, and mathematics.

  • Feedback Session (50 mins): I present a comprehensive diagnostic report detailing whether your child meets the criteria for a Specific Learning Disorder, with a robust list of accommodations and recommendations for their school or workplace.

  • What you need to provide: Work samples, school reports, NAPLAN results, and details of any learning interventions already attempted.
